Wu Yi sent a letter to congratulate the Establishment of China Export and Credit Insurance Corporation for Third Anniversary
China Export and Credit Insurance Corporation (SINOSURE) was established for three years, Wu Yi, Member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of CPC, and Vice Premier of the State Council, sent a congratulation letter. Over the last three years, SINOSURE provided strong supporting to national export constantly, the accumulative value supported export had already reached 21 billion, exceeding the total export of our country supported by SINOSURE value of over more than ten years, especially this year over 13 billion, accounting for about 5% of conventional export.
Wu Yi said in her letter, the establishment of SINOSURE three years ago was a signal that export and credit insurance of our country entered a new developing stage. Over the last three years, in accordance with the position of " the policy company, commercialized operation " of the State Council, SINOSURE insisted on the managing aim to provide serves for trade development and foreign trade export enterprises, actively expanded the scale of business, and perfected the service function, so that every business developed fast, steady and healthy. It also played an active function in promoting foreign trade of our country, supporting implementation of the strategy "going out walk out", and consolidating and developing economic diplomacy between our country and other developing countries. Practice proved, the State Council’s decision of establishing SINOSURE was totally correct, and achievement of SINOSURE in three years was worth fully acknowledged.
Wu Yi hoped ardently that SINOSURE to make third anniversary as a new starting point, carrying out the relevant principles and policies of the Central Party Committee and the State Council, servicing socio-economic overall development conscientiously, strengthening the sense of mission, responsibility and sense of urgency to accelerate development, making the company big and powerful as soon as possible, playing the function of the export and credit insurance better, and making greater contribution to promote trade development of our country.
In On December 2001,to adapt the new situation after China’s entry to the WTO, structured new-type trade system, the State Council has approved to establish the insurance company SINOSURE, specialized in export and credit insurance. Since its establishment, SINOSURE offers for export enterprise such services as collect ensuring, credit assessing, trader's account recovering, trade financing collecting and ensuring actively, credit is assessed, trader's account is recovered, trade finances and serves, SINOSURE still undertook the task in diplomatic relation relevant task in the trade, supporting enterprises of our country to export to new developing markets and surrounding countries effectively, and enterprises to expand overseas investment and explore external resources.
